Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (EMS) – Available for orders over $50
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and certain Asian countries. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The product is in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The product has no signs of wear or installation
  • You have the original purchase receipt or order confirmation

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Saddles & Seats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cycling Bottoms (apparel that comes in direct contact with skin)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products with removed security tags or damaged packaging

If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately.

Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, submit a return request using the template below and email it to [email protected].

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours and provide:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and address
  • Any additional requirements

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include the original invoice or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
